Relaxation Exercise

I just completed the relaxation exercise and it is pretty amazing to me how our mind can suggest something such as directing blood to a certain body part and it actually feels warmer and heavier! This is just another way in which I believe just how powerful our minds can be. The speaker's voice was so relaxing and I like how relaxed yet revitalized I felt after this exercise was over. I will be using this again in the near future!

  1. I found it absolutely amazing too. I was not too confident that it would work, but when it did I was amazed. I will do this exercise again. And I love the name of your blog and the pic of the beach....Love it.

  2. I found the same aspect of the guided exercise interesting. I have done guided exercises while lying on the floor and after I finished I could not get up because my body felt so heavy from relaxing. I know that achieving total psychological and physiological peace and relaxation will take a while but I thought this exercise was a great start. I want to keep this one close so that I can incorporate it into my future practice.

  3. These exercises have been a wonderful awakening of my bodies potential. I have started checking youtube for any videos that help me learn more about my bodies potential. There are so many tools that people are unaware of that can help not only our bodies, but our society as well. One of my newest goals involves learning some Tai Chi or something similar to it.
